The poolside music programme is curated rather than inflicted; the crowd it attracts is discerning; the bar service is excellent. It is the hotel equivalent of finding a restaurant that has been full every evening for ten years without ever advertising u2014 you quickly understand why.
The 30-suite scale means that every interaction feels personal. The team knows your preferences by the second day. Your wine arrives before youu2019ve ordered. Small gestures, multiplied consistently, produce a luxury experience that outlasts the budget of any competitor that simply throws money at the problem.
