7Pines has one of the most genuinely earned reputations on the island. It doesnu2019t need to work as hard as some competitors to justify its positioning u2014 the location does much of the heavy lifting. But the team has been sensible enough to match the natural drama with a product that deserves it: the rooms are properly luxurious, the food is better than it needs to be, and the service is warm in a way that larger luxury brands rarely achieve.
The Kivo restaurant, perched at the very edge of the cliff, serves a seafood menu that ranks among the best food experiences available in Ibiza. Booking well in advance is essential and entirely worth the effort.
